The current tax regulations are complied with: having a company or self-employed structure; being registered in the corresponding economic activities tax (IAE in its Spanish acronym) and being up to date with payments to the tax authorities. VAT is included in the price of the activity.
Compliance with current social security and labor regulations is met: registering workers, having an Occupational Risk Prevention Plan and being up to date with social security payments.
There is a liability insurance of 600.001 € per claim and an accident insurance that covers the rescue, all included in the price of all activities.
Activities managed by the company are offered. If combined packages are provided, they are carried out through a registered Travel Agency (in case of Madrid with CICMA).
During the activity, the guides/monitors have an approved communication system for emergency cases. Likewise, the guides/monitors know the general emergency telephone numbers and the local ones (GREIM and GERA).
The client is provided with information on safety and the risks involved in the activities.
There is a special emergency protocol adapted to each of the activities carried out and it is known by the entire team of guides/monitors.
We use CE approved equipment in perfect state of conservation and we carry out periodic revisions of the equipment.
The guides/monitors are certified and/or accredited.
An adequate ratio for each activity (number of guide/monitor per client) is met in order to maintain the safety of the clients and the quality of the service. In the case of a large group, trainee monitors will not be used to maintain these ratios, nor will the groups behave as a single unit, with a prudent separation between them.
The companies take into account the meteorological and snow report for the realization of the activities.
