“RutasporMontaña” arises with the motivation to make the mountain known to those who want to get closer to it. We organize hiking activities, snowshoeing, night walks, forest baths, team building for companies, etc., all over Spain, mainly in the Sierra de Guadarrama. And in small groups to ensure the safety and fluidity of the activities. We are mountain guides with the official qualification UIMLA (“The Union of International Mountain Leader Associations”) and trained for environmental interpretation. Discover deep valleys, ancient forests, wildlife, steep mountain rivers and breathtaking landscapes. HIKING WITH SNOWSHOES
Snow transforms the mountains into a different landscape in winter. Until a few years ago, wintertime trekking across snowy terrain was mostly common among mountaineers and skiers. However, the popularity of snowshoeing has opened up countless possibilities for hiking enthusiasts. "RutasporMontaña" offers you the opportunity to either start or deepen your experience with snowshoeing in the most picturesque natural spaces in the Sierra de Guadarrama and the Pyrenees. We provide the snowshoes and poles and you do the rest.
Walking in the dark awakens our senses. We will listen to the nocturnal fauna, discover the whisper of rivers and streams and enjoy the tranquility of the night and the mountain under the bright spotlight of the full moon. We will start the activity in the afternoon to enjoy first the sunset on the mountain and then the night atmosphere. We will also show you the starry sky with an astronomical interpretation with a laser pointer. You only need to bring your headlamp to guide your steps, we will guide the group.
Spending time in connection with nature is good for everyone. It brings us well-being, takes away worries and stress, helps us to relax and think more clearly. The "Forest Bath" is a guided activity in which we immerse ourselves in the forest environment. We are in nature, connecting with it through the five senses. We walk, breathe, smell, listen to the sounds of the forest, touch, observe. We pay attention to what surrounds us. A powerful tool to preserve or improve our mental and physical health.
