La supervivencia deportiva consiste en aprender a desenvolvernos en la naturaleza, reconocer y aprovechar sus recursos e identificar los peligros, por lo que implica varias disciplinas como la orientación o la escalada y, además, tener conocimientos de botánica o meteorología, entre otros. La espeleología consiste en adentrarse en cavidades naturales como cavernas o grutas. Es uno de los deportes más apasionantes que existen, ya que nos permite descubrir las bellezas del mundo subterráneo, las entrañas de la naturaleza. Pero también requiere de preparación física y técnica, ya que combina distintos deportes como el senderismo, el descenso y la escalada.
El slackline existe desde hace más de 30 años y es un deporte en el que se trabaja la concentración y la superación personal, se trata de colocar una cinta plana flexible, de unos 5 cm, atada a dos puntos y tensa, con el fin de mantenerse en pie sobre ella, dar pasos o incluso realizar movimientos y acrobacias.
El piragüismo mejora la coordinación, la resistencia y permite explorar lugares de difícil acceso por tierra, disfrutando de la tranquilidad y la naturaleza circundante. Puede ser una actividad recreativa o deportiva y existen diferentes modalidades, como el kayak de aguas bravas, kayak de travesía o kayak de mar, pero siempre se realiza en embarcaciones pequeñas propulsadas por remos y en ríos, lagos o mares.
El paddle surf o SUP es una actividad acuática que se practica de pie en una tabla de surf con la ayuda de un remo y ofrece un ejercicio completo que trabaja el equilibrio, la fuerza y la resistencia. Puede practicarse en ríos, lagos, mares o incluso en olas y te permite disfrutar de la tranquilidad de estar en contacto con el agua a la vez que te deleitas con hermosos paisajes.
Esta actividad de aventura se realiza en ríos y es parecida al rafting tradicional, pero la embarcación, en este caso, es una canoa neumática de dos plazas en la que los dos tripulantes deben manejar la embarcación con sus paladas y descender por un trayecto que puede ser de aguas bravas o más tranquilas, según el nivel de adrenalina y de emoción que se busque.
